WHERE TO BEGIN?
Draw a sketch together with your family. Take it
to the City Planners office and explain to him what your plans
are and see if that idea is allowable by the city you live in.
Once the sketch is okayed, you are on your way to look for a
construction company. That's where we come in. We will sit and
go over your sketch and then we schedule an architect to come
for a preliminary design which will cost you a few hundred dollars.
Once you like the planning, there will be a charge for the final
drawings. Charges may vary upon square footage that needs to
be added. The architect will take your plans to the engineer
and get your plans approved by the city and then we will be able
to have a bid together for you.
Depending on whether you are having a kitchen extension, bathroom
addition, 2nd story addition or just one story room additions,
prices will vary due to cabinetry included, shower or Jacuzzi
included or just plain room addition.
